Today’s lip is Blankety! It’s one of MAC’s most popular lipsticks in the Amplified Creme formula. It has great pigmentation and is very creamy, as the name suggests. It has just the right amount of shine in my opinion. Not glossy, not matte, just slightly shiny. I find it very moisturising and comfortable on the lips. For me, this is a little dark to be a nude lipstick (I’m NC20). For me it’s just a very natural-looking lip colour. My lips are a bit darker than Blankety au naturale, and also redder. I feared it may be too brown for me, but no. Perfect!
I like to pair this with both dark, smokey eyes and more neutral eyes, it’s very versatile!
