Indian Ink and Cobalt are both MAC pro eyeshadows that don’t get a lot of use from me. Which is a shame, because they’re gorgeous! I don’t quite get Cobalt though. The rich, vibrant ka-bow colour seems to fade within minutes of application. I always use a primer, like udpp or in this case benefit f.y eye, but still.
These colours may be a bit hard to wear if you’re warm toned, but I think on me, with blue undertones, fair skin and medium dark brown hair, this is a great combination.
Products used:
- Benefit f.y eye primer
- NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencil in Slate (dark silvery-grey)
- MAC eyeshadows in Cobalt (inner half of lid), Indian Ink (outer half of lid and crease, lower lashline), Vex (on the edges of Cobalt and Indian Ink) and Blanc Type (highlight)
- Benefit bad galĀ lash mascara
- Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Zero
- H&M brow pencil in light brown
For blush, I used MAC’s Sincere in the hollows of my cheeks and MAC Peaches, both sheertone blushes, on the the cheekbone. For lips, I went with Blankety, which is just a bit lighter than my natural lip colour, to make the eyes stand out more.
