Crosswires lipstick from MAC is a Cremesheen formula. The Cremesheens aren’t as opaque as the Amplified Cremes, Satins or Mattes, but usually have better pigmentation than the Lustres. They’re shiny and creamy, but not frosted.
In the tube, Crosswires looks like a very orange red lipstick. Because of its sheerness, it applies like a perfect shade for school, work, church – anywhere. The colour itself says “conservative” to me – how about you? Well, I am conservative, and I really love it:
